SouthWest IT provide me with my Microsoft Office subscriptions and host my website. We decided to replace our incompetent previous IT company a year ago, and by chance I found SW-IT on an online search. From that moment we haven't looked back. They handled the complex offboarding/onboarding process without a hitch for us, although the amount of extra work they had to do (due to our previous firm's incompetence) was massive. Andy and Adam were a pleasure to have in our office on the big handover day (not least because they came bearing doughnuts!) and their enthusiasm, dedication and competence meant that every member of staff had a seamless transition to excellent, problem-free IT support.Their day-to-day problem handling system is excellent and all but immediate (whether online or on the phone) - whatever the problem someone within the team will be able to find a solution.The whole team shares Adam and Andy's enthusiasm, good humour and competence, and it is a pleasure to talk to them.But it's not only the day-to-day stuff that they do well; SW-IT support our own internal process-improvement initiatives and come up with ideas for doing things better - basically it's like having a top-quality in-house IT department at your beck and call.I can't praise them enough - thank you SW-IT from all of us at Carman Contracting!
