I get so worried about going to hairdressers as I feel like they don't listen to me and I end up with something I don't want. This place has turned that opinion around, Coral was so honest with me about what was obtainable and spoke through options with me and seemed like she really cared about my hair! The rest of the team were just as lovely. Fully recommend

Lois showed me a photo of the balayage colours I wanted and took great care in trying to create the look. Unfortunately my hair didn't turn out anything like a balayage and looks just like I've had 2inches of dark auburn coloured root added and the rest highlighted.My hair looked nice but noting like what I wanted I've made an appointment to have it redone when I'm back in the North.
