Regen Physio Ackworth

Katherine at Regen Physio was excellent. At my first appointment I could hardly walk with horrible sciatic like pain. She took a full history and listened to everything I said, and asked many relevant questions.Over the following weeks treatment consisted of “hands on” therapy and a series of exercises/stretches to do at home. I didn’t expect total cure (I am 65!) but I am delighted with the outcome. I still do my series of excercises/stretchesat least 3 or 4 times a week and I am 100% happy with the outcome.Thank you Katherine, and thank you Regen for a great service.

Very highly recommended. Had issues with my shoulder which was causing me a lot of pain and Esther was fantastic. Not only fixed the issue but was very knowledgeable on exercises and practices to prevent which has made a massive difference. Cannot speak highly enough of how much Esther helped.

The support and treatment I’ve had from Esther at Regeneration Physio has been brilliant. I came for help with pretty intense sciatic pain and numbness down my left leg. The treatment quickly alleviated the worst symptoms and the ongoing programme of exercises has really helped fix the problem and show me the path to a healthier back.

I came in for a long standing Achilles Tendinopathy issue of over 10 years (told by medical professional just to rest). I was explained to by Nathan W and Aaron M that the fix for such an injury is to slowly build up resistance rather than rest. Over a relatively short course of time, I have been able to recommence sports I had long since had to quit through this injury.Both physios that I have had sessions with were really helpful in getting me back to a fully fit position, explaining issues clearly and concisely without being patronising. The advice, exercises and shockwave therapy have been excellent and I now feel as though I have no barriers to allow me to take up the sports I have had to let go over previous years.Would recommend to anyone having such issues.

I'm on my 2nd treatment with Sam at Regen Ackworth, having had 6 months of failed treatment elsewhere last year. The difference is amazing. I've been fortunate enough to see an immediate improvement. You could also physically see the difference in my posture after the first treatment. Pain free for a whole week. I was actually really excited for today's appointment, because I'm so confident that what has caused me eye watering pain over the last 18 months, will finally be fixed. Thanks Sam!! Will definitely be doing my exercises between now and the next visit.

Esther has been amazing and really taken time to understand and assess my neck problem. She has treated me and given me exercises which are now making a difference for the first time in years. I would highly recommend her.
