Supported Independence

We have worked alongside Supported Independence LTD during the last two years and found them to be the most wonderful company. We have witnessed first hand how much the staff truly care and have the upmost respect for the people they work with. Staff think outside the box and give a person centered approach with thought and care. We have nothing but glowing reviews and can highly recommend their services.

I WAS a long time client (18-35) here. At the beginning, it was fantastic (staff were extremely helpful and friendly). Then COVID hit us sadly, and without warning my keyworker Kate, said that she and one of the managers, Julian Tucker decided to cut my days from 5 down to 2, and my hours as well! Me and my Dad were shocked and angry with this decision. Some of the staff I got on well with (Melissa, Iris, Raquel and Vicky). Avoid the company as they don't tell clients and families what's going on!

Some brilliant staff, some completely unprofessional, bordering on illegal. Alot of the staff will do what they can to help. But the highest managing director Cath, dosnt seem to care at all, other than about money of course. Some houses are maintained to a poor standard, nothing to keep residents busy, people are just very much maintained and supervised. There are some absolutely amazing support workers and managers, but sadly staff turn over os massively high, as support workers are paid minimum wage, pushed to extremes, overworked and underappreciated
