Excellent service from the 1st minute of contact. Was such a difficult time for my family and Amy was caring , compassionate and very professional. Everything was explained clearly and excellent advice throughout. On the day, Sam and his collegues were the perfect team to help us through this. I have no hesitation in recommending this company 100%.

My father passed away a month ago and we asked Raymond Massey to provide funeral services. Amy and Sam were brilliant with us from start to finish. This firm conducted my father's funeral 9th July 2019. My father passed away on the 20th June and from informing them of this tragic event they were at hand straight away. Amy is very professional but also caring and helpful, which is what you need at a time like this. Amy was very patient with my Mum and I and helped us through every step of all the arrangements. She also went the extra mile and it was reassuring to know she was only a phonecall away. Her brother Sam was also very professional and again went the extra mile, meeting me at the church with veryittle notice The whole process was very difficult given the sad event but the company were at hand to help when needed. As a family we had never ever had to deal with a funeral and we had no idea what to do, you put us at so much ease, making what seemed to be so complicated easy and stress free. Excellent group of professionals. Through the course of my work I have been present at many funerals that have been directed by Raymond Massey’s, and each and every one has been managed with the utmost level of respect, compassion and attention to detail. Amy and Sam Massey are a sister and brother team who run the business, and together they offer a genuinely warm and caring service to their customers. My Wife recently lost her Father after a long illness. As we live in the Channel Islands it was difficult to return to the mainland in order to make arrangements for the funeral and service. The team at Raymond Massey's helped us no end and we were able to have everything organised over the telephone and via email. The service was as good as it gets in these strange days with a limited amount of friends being able to attend.
