Staff is personable and efficient. Our car was clean and in great shape. On day 1, when someone hit our front wheel, damaging it and throwing off the alignment (their fault), we returned to the Newquay airport where we were quickly given another car. We were thankful we got the extra insurance that was recommended (which I normally don't buy) considering the very narrow roads of Cornwall - it gave us some peace of mind for the rest of our vacation. Would rent again without hesitation.

Our car wasn't ready. It hadn't even been cleaned on arrival. Appreciate the upgrade. The staff two ladies should be congratulated on dealing with disgruntled customers.

We booked a car through carjet and when we arrived in Newquay there were no Cars available but Europcar gave us a great car as a compliment and they were really kind with us. We're glad they solved the issue so charmingly. Thanks, guys!

Great staff, clean car, ignore the ‘permanently closed’ notifications on Apple Maps etc but the office is now at the far end of the car park!

Issued a hire car from Newquay airport which was unfit/unsafe to drive..because of faulty petrol tank overflow plate..AA and fire brigade had to be called out to secure the vehicle

Car hire on 7.9.23 from Newquay Airport.A huge and sincere THANK YOU to Manager Sarah Best (and also Adam) at Newquay Airport Europcar car rental. It’s a long story but… Sarah & Adam helped us navigate (via email) our way out of a tricky situation prior to arriving in Newquay and when we finally met Sarah at the car rental - she was just so friendly and kind! You really made a stressful time much easier and we can not thank you enough!! Cheers from 2 Australian ladies who really needed that Automatic car and really, REALLY needed that Australian Drivers license (& we got it! Thank you DHL express!)
