Nobody told me to supply food at any point, so when I picked my 4 month old puppy up, I was told she hadn't eaten along with the other dogs. I'm not sure why nobody called me despite having my number - or why there didn't seem to be any emergency food or anything? I had a very hungry and sad doggy when I picked her up. Wouldn't use this daycare again.

We always take our dog here they are a great team and do a fantastic job and of course treat your dog like they were there own

I always take my pooch here to have her nails cut. The staff are so well trained and efficient, they tend to distract my dog with lots of affection, while quickly clipping her nails. By the time she notices they're doing something, they've finished! I would highly recommend and will continue to come here. Thank you wag tails

Jessle and Digby had a lovely cut, they looked beautiful, it was Jesse's first time, she was well looked after, thank you to everyone at Wag Tails. Jessle is my mum's dog, and she was very pleased on how Jessle looked. Jessle will be coming back soon.

Lovely people and excellent service. Our fluffball goes from looking like she's come home from a 4 day festival, to pristine and well dressed. Shame they don't do kids.

Took our little 5 month old pup for her first visit to the groomers and she had the best time. The ladies there are all so friendly and we felt totally at ease dropping her off. Truffle came back looking incredible and smelling AMAZING, would give higher than 5* if possible, she can't wait to go again, thanks

Absolutely devastated.They advertise as hand stripping for dogs with double coats, and they assured me they do not cut the coat as this is bad for dogs like border terriers because it blocks their pores.When we got home it was very clear that they had used a stripping knife all over (Instead of their hands) and had cut the coat.His top half and belly was basically down to the skin and his back half was still covered in the old dead coat. It's taken me days to get it to an even length by stripping by hand myself and it's going to take at least a year to try and recover both coats.They may be a good general groomers but they should not be advertising as Hand strippers. Knives should only be used for the sensitive areas and not the entire coat.We definitely will not be going there again.

Whiskey, our terrier mix, always looks fabulous and smells lovely when she comes home from her hand stripping.

Keira did an amazing job of stripping our border terrier today, followed the brief & listened to what was asked of her.She now looks & smells lovely, thank you !
