We placed several orders with this supplier.Items never were delivered on time. No quick response to emails.Very bad communication.I understand that all are busy. But come one guys..... Let your customers know if they are any problems.....etc.....Communication is the key guys. Change your aptitude.In general items are perfect quality.But.....Sorry can not give more then 2/*Last order still not delivered after 6 weeks.Sorry but you just lost regular customer.Will never order from you again.Don't care if last order not shipped .All the best

Jiff at Uniform Outlet is amazing! I have recently started a small business and I used Uniform Outlet's embroidery service to get my company logo onto my uniform. Jiff gave me honest advice about my colours and ideas to achieve the best result, which I really appreciated, and spent time with me picking the right colour threads. I would definitely recommend Jiff and Uniform Outlet and will return for more company embroidery in the future.

They are not punctual.10.14am Saturday morning- new term starts on Monday- and still not open. Despite opening hours stating 10am-4pm.Totally unacceptable.There are many people who work and can't make it during the week. Would give zero stars if it were an option.
