Such friendly customer service, great products & with the body shop card you get good discounts.

I ordered a gift for my daughters birthday on the 9/11/2021, her birthday was on the 18/11/2021. Five days max for delivery and an email saying it is on its way, time to get excited. I contacted them and it isn't on its way, at all. In fact it hasn't left yet. I then was told that I would have to wait for five days while they found out the reason for this, whether it was the warehouse or the delivery company's fault. All I and they know is that it is NOT MY FAULT. It is now too late for her birthday and I still haven't heard from them. I trusted Body Shop to do the right thing and honour my order as they are happy to take your money. Sadly I will not use the online ever again and at the moment, I don't want to even go in store as they have made me feel so undervalued as a customer. Hope anyone who orders from them has better luck than me and how will the company cope with black Friday and Christmas? Goodness knows.

Great customer service, my daughter was trying to find an ideal gift for secret santa and the store manager gave great advice on a huge range of ideas, and advised her on the best black Friday deals. My daughter came away with the perfect gifts. Thank you so much, will definitely shop in this store again.

Visited this store a couple of weeks ago with my hubby. I was served by Mandy who was very friendly and helpful. I have got a body shop card now and will definetly be back in the near future. A very pleasant shopping experience. Charlene was also very helpful when I phoned the branch the same day for advice, she went above and beyond the call of duty. Really pleased customer, who would highly recommend this store.

Came here for the first time in years. Lovely variety of products. Went just before closing time. Did not feel rushed. Staff were really cheerful and friendly, i felt very looked after. Staff advised me of upcoming sale which saved me buying something now which i could buy cheaper in a few days guaranteeing them a return customer. I'm very keen to go back when i have more time and try out some new products.

I went here to get some advice on hair products and spoke to a lady named Charmaine who was amazingly helpful and made me feel very confident in the products I bought. So friendly and genuinely cared, thank you Charmaine and the body shop!

Staff are always so lovely and helpful whenever I shop here. Really hands on but also happy to just let you browse. Never had bad, or even average service here. I love it
