New management since we last ordered, gone from 5 starts to 1. The crispy chill beef was a stodgy mush that had clearly been sitting for ages, not even remotely crispy, and we weren't sure it was even safe to eat (in person collection at the time they told us to collect, so not a delivery delay). They also managed to serve us the only prawn crackers I've ever had that tasted stale. The fried rice has also been clearly sitting in it's tub for a long time with a dark brown later on top, and what I sampled didn't taste right. We decided to bin the whole meal and order a new one from elsewhere.

I don't know what is happening with that place :( We've been their clients from years and are really disappointed. Last few times- they delivered wrong food, portions are smaller& more expensive. What I've received today it's just disgusting! Lemon chicken- breading falls off the chicken, I've never seen those dishes so burnt and greasy as today! Sauce taste like pure concentrate from the jar. Garlic chicken - few pieces of chicken with full box of onions in weird sweet sauce nothing like before... Cheng bau- finally good meet but different sauce added this time. Definitely not this one which they were always using before.... :( Time to find better place.

I ordered a delivery which appeared was 2 hours late and had missing chips (but they sent the sauce for the chips).I called after an hour to find out what was going on and the woman on the phone just said oh..." It was clear that they had simply forgot about the order. There were no apologies

Simple Chinese takeout at a good price (half the price of the inferior Chinese restaurant nearby (Kwok)).The sweet and sour pork was good. The duck dish was good however the duck was overcooked. Service is very good. Run by a nice lady from Chengdu.

My meal last night was literally the worst thing I have ever eaten. 4 different meals with the same think, dark unidentifiable sauce....the salt and chilli prawns were probably frozen, the batter was certainly not fresh....probably better to call it cardboard.I should have realised when I went in and my feet were sticking to the floor. Bad mistake.

This is exactly what one would expect from a Chinese takeaway place. It’s quick, the food is tasty (but of course it’s not Michelin star type of venue) and it’s cheap. Not fancy, just a solid establishment

Prices keep increasing, portions smaller, wrong food sent two weeks in a row, barely any flavour on the salt n chilli chicken and chips, rice stodgy and curry not nice. Been a customer here for years, but unfortunately not any more, not only us but other family and friends won't be using it anymore, as they have the same experience.

We been scammed and they will scam other people so don’t buy there food and they have stolen money and their drivers are liars as when questioned about the delivery she got everything wrong we have been really good customer and average Between 2-300 pound per month she stood on the other side of the phone and called me a liar if want scammed chose this place

Best take away for Chinese fiid at the southside- menu is vast with meal deals, set meals and specials ie chili and salt munchies box for £15 is my favourite (photo attached) you get a huge deep filled box of salt n chili chips, Ribs, chicken wings, in batter. Popcorn style, spring roll and 2 sauces. It could easily feed 2 adults and some children or 4 adults.The rest of the menu has plenty of vegan and vegetarian options - there's even a whole brocoli section for every dish. ALL potential allergy info clearly marked. Along with spice level. Desserts and juice etc also here. The shop is immaculate. Staff are friendly and service is quick. Delivery is reasonable. Highly recommended!

Clean and tidy Chinese takeaway ever been. Singapore noodles and chicken curry was best.
