Absolutely shocking place, avoid if you enjoy living. Can never get an appointment, even when you do they can't get the details right and book it wrong and some how they manage to mess us my asthma and anxiety repeat prescriptions every month even though these have been the same for god knows how many years.

Sometimes almost impossible to get through. One time had to redial 153 times to even get in the queue, Then when they answered there was no appointments left! Doctors and other staff always helpful and professional but a total nightmare to get an appointment.

I’m at wits end with this surgery. I was told on Tuesday to ring on Friday for an appointment, today no luck, I got through 4 mins after the surgery opened (was calling for over 10 to try and be first in line). I was told to call again on Monday. This is for ingrown toenail’s nails and this has been going on for over 2 months. I might have more luck getting them amputated by the hospital at this point. Do yourself a favour and try anywhere but here, once I had to call over 50 times before I got through!

Called my gp in response to 111 telling me I need to see a doctor they put me on hold then just hung up and when I call now I can't get thought because the line is full. The practice went down hill when they changed how the do appointments

I gave up trying to get an appointment at this surgery, after being with them for years. Most unhelpful and sarcastic receptionist kept getting told call back at 08.30 in the morning, tried 3 times , gave up in the end.Changed practices called them at 11.00 am and got an appointment no problem.

Just wondering how it's possible to get a doctor's appointment at this establishment? Does anyone know please? Phoning doesn't work as all available appointments are taken within 10 seconds of their opening. Anyone know?

I moved here about 15 months ago from Chippenham where seeing a GP is not a problem. Im not going to sugar coat this its very difficult to get an appointment. Its frustrating, annoying and perplexing why there isnt enough doctors to serve the local community.However there is hope try and get an outside service like appointments available at weekends or other clinics or a phone call appointment. Ask for one then the notes will be written up and sent to your surgery and then you will get an appointment. areIts very frustrating and the staff are under enormous pressure but have faith and humanity and you will be rewarded.Great job today ladies thank you for my appointments.We got there in the end.Good Luck.

Simply the worst so called doctors surgery in the country I'd say! When you have come out of hospital so need a sick note for work. They tell you to call in thw morning.at 8.30am as will need to see a doctor!!! No I just need signing off work you moron!! I've had kidney surgery and your telling me I Nedd to see a bloody doctor!!! You have my notes as my wife dropped them into you... as for the waste of breath receptionist. She clearly found my disappointment funny!!!! Well I truly hope your in serious medical need one day and you suffer waiting! Utter scumbag!

I tried to make a doctor's appointment for my son, today is the fifth day ， but still did not get an appointment, even if I call in at 8:30 every day, the appointment is still full, really rubbish

Disgrace! We were 2 mins late and the doctor would not see us but when they were 40 mins late its OK disgusting get new doctors this has to be the worst medical centre in swindon!
