Very poor service providing different meds to what GP requested! Go elsewhere if you rely on meds and specific brands as they are inconsistent with ordering in and very unhelpful. Messed up my prescription several times.

Always helpful. Friendly staff (Rio) who help keep the meds on track. Can't fault them really!

Utterly useless. Booked an appointment for here, in advance, because it’s the only day I could do. Went in and was told they were closed for vaccinations. I explained that’s impossible as I had an appointment and booking confirmation. Upon showing them the booking, they initially blamed it on a system error, but after chatting with them a bit more it became apparent that they were short-staffed and simply couldn’t be arsed to call me and let me know that they had closed for vaccinations last minute due to a lack of bookings. Useless, and a wasted journey for me. Will avoid.

I needed two items from Lalys Pharmacy and was very pleased that both were in stock. The pharmacist was polite and helpful, checking on what other medications I was taking to be sure there would be no harmful interaction. The store was very clean and well laid out. A notice outside showed that walk-in vaccinations were offered. Highly recommended.

Disappointing experience. Last sunday I went in to obtain some emergency contraception, because it was the only pharmacy open after 4 pm. I worked a sunday shift so that was the only time I could have gone in to get the plan b pill. As I went in at 4:25-4:30 to request the plan b, they told me that they couldn't give it at that time and to come back in 45 minutes to 1 hr. It was weird, but I assumed maybe the pharmacist is on break and it's my fault for not calling in earlier so I said okay I'm happy to wait and went outside. I went back after about 40 minutes and asked if there was any update, they told me it's still 30 minutes wait time. I said okay and went home. I decided to give it a bit longer just to make sure as the pharmacy is open until 8 pm, and went back at 6:30. I asked again, and the person at the counter told me they don't give out emergency contraception after 6 pm. But nobody told me that! I went there twice before 6 pm just to find nobody in to give me the pill, and nobody told me they don't give it out after 6 pm! I'm sure they understand that it's called emergency contraception for a reason and waiting for the next day decreases the efficiency of the pill by at least 10%! I had to drive to Gosport to the next nearest pharmacy where they provided me with the plan b. I went on the Lalys website later to check if I missed any information regarding the services but nowhere does it say that they don't give out plan b's after 6 pm on a day where they are open until 8 pm!It's okay if that's the policy but they could have communicated that to me without wasting my time.

Amazing customer service !! Very caring and understanding when in a crisis , especially rio very lovely lady works above and beyond for her customers.

I have very bad experience with this pharmacy. I never get my repeat prescription on time. I'm heart, Cholesterol, BP,, Diabetic patient. My med8cines runout since last 5 days I called them they making excuses. I suffering here without some medicines since 5 days. If something happens with me who will going to responsible?

I love my pharmacy! Because of my diabetes Ive been going there constantly haha lovely staff, always smiling, good service, everything on time, very helpful. Thank you!
