Greggs

The girl who served me was lovely. Coffee was spot on, unfortunately I wasn't able to eat on this occasion !!

It's OK the food is generally standard Greg's stuff however the sausage and bean bake is always cold when I get it from this Greg's if you go to the Greg's around the corner it's normally hot.

Disappointing. Please be more careful. I didn't have issues so far this is the first time but it was enough to stop me eating

They used to do good portions ,now they have 6-7 small pieces of chicken in the tandoori baguette which is really small amount .

Convenient location in the Crawley town centre. Services at this store are relatively quick. Otherwise, they offer pretty much everything you can expect from other Greggs locations.

Love the ambience. Snacks are good. You can actually go there and sit there in peace with a nice coffee.

So ordered from these guys through just eat . Sealed bags delivered on time but some of the order missing. Phoned shop to explain and was told there I'd nothing they can do just message just eat. So I explained if the bags are sealed and order items missing surely its the shops error and not just eat drivers. Not very helpful won't be using these again . Poor customer service.

I am astounded at the appalling customer service I have just received.As a favour for my daughter who was looking after my one year old granddaughter, I went into the shop to get her ‘Too good to go’ bag of food. My daughter sent me through proof of the order and proof of payment and yet the ‘supervisor’ as she referred to herself, was completely intransigent in providing us with customer service and the food. She said that, unless something was swiped in front of her, she couldn’t let me have the food!!She said, or rather, gave the impression that she didn’t believe me, and she was more than happy to throw the food away, than fulfil the paid for order! I even offered to pay for the food again, but she refused saying all had to be done through the app!I finally left the store at 18:10 because I needed to get home as I’m working in the Midlands tomorrow. Had it not been for that I would have been prepared to have argued the matter out until I got the bag of food.I just cannot believe the fuss she made over a £2.59 bag of food. She had all the proofs, and yet even with the shop being closed she was prepared to throw OUR food away which we had PAID FOR!!!…saying she was ‘following the rules??’During this whole saga, my daughter is on the phone on loudspeaker and the ‘supervisor’ could hear my granddaughter crying because she needed my daughter. Completely heartless.Can someone please tell me where common sense comes into doing your job, especially when other Greggs shops have been far more accommodating?

I went in today to this place been a few times and one of the staff rudely spoke to complaining about not bringing in food from other stores. I am disabled and just wanted a cup of tea to make me feel good and this ruined my mood and also made me complain which I hate doing but not just 1 person the supervisor decided to tell me off aswell when she was the one who served me at counter. This is not the way to welcome customers and I've been to Costa, pret & they don't show this kind of behaviour. Really need to improve & I wouldn't mind an apology as they were aggressive in their manner towards me.
