Where to start with Neal and his incredible team at Formosa who TRANSFORMED our small London Victorian terrace garden into a gorgeous haven. We love it! They were incredibly friendly and courteous, kept the site immaculately clean and worked in all weather conditions. Neal was brilliant at adapting the design as we went along, always suggesting improvements and tweaks to the design as it unfolded. When the job was finished he came back on several occasions to check that everything had settled as we’d hoped and to finish up small jobs. He is a total perfectionist and we could not have asked for a better result.

From day one, Neil was just as excited about our wellbeing garden project as we were. He helped us to assess the site and listened carefully to our concept- we wanted to create a quiet space within our school with areas for children to relax, enjoy nature, look for wildlife and get away from the hectic playground. We wanted a space that appealed to all the senses, provided access for pupils and enough seating space for a whole class. Neil created the perfect design for us and was happy to tweak as we went along to keep to our budget. He even came up with a clever concept to include existing drainage trenches. He was professional and polite throughout the whole process and gave up so much of his time visiting the site and checking ideas before the building began. We have been tremendously pleased with the end result. Pupils, parents and staff love the space and it suits our needs perfectly. With hundreds of pupils using the space garden and a recent flood, it has proven to not only be a beautiful garden but one that has been produced to a high standard too.

Neal was a joy to have work on our garden. He listened to our wishes and gently challenged our ideas with suggestions - most of which we took and were so pleased we did ! We have a peaceful plus child friendly space to chill or entertain friends and family. Neal was also able to arrange all the electrical work and source preferred materials which made the whole project stress free.
