Awful our meal was cold yesterday despite being a hot Turkey baguette, the stuffing and gravy was also cold didn't realise until we sat down and £4.50 for a bowl of chips for 2 is pricey.£22.00 wasted on our meal in total which was 2 baguettes and a bowl of chips. wont be eating here again I'm afraid.Blonde haired lady on the till not very friendly.

Lovely atmosphere! Staff are so friendly. Beef baguette with gravy was really nice! Sarah the manager is so friendly and will do anything for you. Brilliant service. Staff work so hard.

First time here ordered a mega breakfast and normal breakfast and 2 coffees. The latte was just warm milk no coffee taste at all. Staff bought food out using a towel saying plates are very hot….which they was shame that both breakfasts was cold. At no point did any staff come out and ask how service or food was. If I had not paid when we ordered I wouldn’t have paid at all wouldn’t recommend here at all

Had something to eat at this place, and the food was really good. There was a mix up with my daughter's veggie burger. The issue was sorted quickly, and I was given a refund for the veggie burger, which they didn't have to do. Fantastic customer service.

This is a good hearty place to eat if you're visiting Trentham Shopping Village. It offers roast rolls (beef, pork etc) and roast dinners. I had a roast beef roll and my Partner had the roast pork. The food was plentiful (good value for money) and delicious. I agree with some of the other comments i.e. the food was served warm (rather than hot) and the coffee wasn't great (but typical of a machine style coffee). Staff were friendly and the service is efficient. We'd certainly re-visit.

Went to Trentham today just to eat here. Food ,as usual was top notch, beef on our baps was so tender we didn't need to chew it, an added bonus is gluten free baps always available, thank goodness.Really friendly staff always. The only place I've ever heard my husband say ' that was nice, we'll come here again' What more can I say except, see you again, soon. Only regret was too full to have a piece of cake.

Very very very poor for the price.The dried out finger rolls(described as Baguettes) had all of my family in stitches.£60 or 5 Baguettes ,2 hot Chocolate drinks and 2 cokes.RIP OFF !

July 23 3 star ⭐️ for breakfastWe went on a Sunday . It opens at 10 am . Very friendly staff. Breakfast not as good as other meals we have had here. Cheap sausage that are deep fried , cheap ketchup, bacon thin . Food very presentable but not the best quality. We paid £27 for two breakfasts and a coffee each . Prefer the lunchtime menu . Still worth a visit very friendly staff.July 22 4star review Choice of different meats to have a meat bap. Cater for vegan and vegetarian. Food was lovely however , when there is a group which we were. By the time you have got your drinks the food is only lukewarm. They need a better system which is quicker or serve the drinks first . Yes would go back but not in a group .
