Great service! Went there today morning, battery changed , strap fixed, in less than 30min and the price was more than reasonable. This is a shop you want to go if you have an issue with your watch. Gentleman behind the counter was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Well done, this is what we want to see on our high street!

Came here recently to have the bracelet for my watch adjusted as it was loose, and I’m absolutely thrilled with everything! Top-notch work and the service was beyond wonderful!! I highly recommend to everyone looking for quality and honest watch and jewellery repair, don’t think there is a better alternative anywhere, let alone in Bournemouth!!! I have been using In-Time for many years and have had excellent service, they replaced the long life battery in my Seiko perpetual calendar watch and reset it perfectly, and recently did a quick replacement battery in another watch while I waited, all at a reasonable cost, I would definitely recommend them for customer service and expertise.

Such a fantastic guy what helped me with my watch. I've been searching for a long time to find someone what can confidently replace the battery in a 200m diving watch. They filled me with confidence knew what they were doing and are very cheap for the service you get. Can't recommend highly enough!

My dad popped into the shop and spoke to the workers about his smart watch battery not working. They were very professional, helpful and understanding especially when the smart watch failed to sync with the iphone. They sorted the problem out swiftly. Highly recommended, thank you very much.

Unfortunately my Omega stopped due to some moisture that had penetrated the case. The gentlemen at this establishment (located inside Bobby & Co) were both extremely helpful, and managed to fix the issue, although they did recommend that I get Omega to service the watch to prevent the same issue from reoccurring. They were both extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I will definitely be returning to them for any issues with my watch in future. Thank you very much! EDIT: Forgot to mention that the service they provided was also extremely well priced!
