Centered Yoga Studio

I tried a few yoga classes in the Stroud area before I went to Ian's classes. Ian is just simply the best! The studio is located in an idyllic beautiful location, it's got all the Iyengar props. Ian always helps and corrects you , every class has got a structure and after you just feel amazing.What I really like as well is that the teacher is always learning, going to India or attending different Iyengar yoga events. I did this yoga before pregnancy, during and after and every class was different and adjusted for my ability. Highly recommend!

Centered Yoga Studio is set in the stunning Slad valley just on the outskirts of Stroud. It is a lovely and peaceful studio to be taught Iyengar Yoga in. Ian teaches with compassion, knowledge and humour. The studio is fully equipped so no need to bring any equipment with you. It also benefits from off road parking.
