Awful company who need to train their staff. Guess what you’re not border force and you clearly have no grasp of passports and rules/regs?

Flight delayed. Black female fined £40 for bag within size limit confirmed via their own app with bad attitude.

Mr Stelios is a thief and a thug. Ready to steal your money right at the gate. Poorly maintained and unsafe aircraft. Tragedy waiting to happen. Shouldn't be allowed to operate. A law unto themselves. Who is taking bribes to allow this fly by night thug to operate?

Really bad experience. Delay after delay after delay. They charge half of the queue for cabin bags that you can usually use in any other airline. I hope this company disappears quickly

Horrible experience with EASYJET HOLIDAYS. They nearly destroyed our summer holidays.In Gatwick airport, the gate closed before it was shown in the air port screen because it was a shuttle gate.The EASYJET staff in the gate was rude with us, the EASYJET staff in the information center mistake on gate number and said it was my faulty if I missed the flight, and no refund was expected, in a rude manner.I called easyjet Holiday Support team at +443301235025, and I had to book another flight ticket for GBP220.00 to still enjoy my holiday package.Definitely, it was not my mistake once I followed the instructions in the airport screen, and it is the only communication passagers has about his flight instructions.No refund or apologise given at all.Ever never buy a HOLIDAYS PACKAGE from EASYJET again.The customer service in Gatwick Airport is rude and not helpful at all.F****** nightmare
