The place it's not what it was presented the internet doesn't work heat doesn't work and on top of everything, there are rats in the house. The customer service it's very unprofessional and got an attitude every time u come up with a problem.

T1 have been handling my property for about 4 years now. I’m extremely happy with every aspect of their service and can recommend them without hesitation. Helpful, practical and efficient.

Lindsey and her team have been fantastic in assisting us in finding properties for our clients. Most of them require a flexible approach and extra services like cleaning for the property and Lindsey was able to accommodate the varying requests. During the tenancy her team were responsive with repairs and kept us informed for viewings. All the properties were of high quality and it's clear they give a lot of advice to their landlords to make sure things are run correctly. Will certainly be using their services whenever our clients are looking for accommodation in Portsmouth.

i have rented a property from this company for 11 years. Always found them extremely helpful and professional. They have kept my rent very reasonable and always respond to any repair requests quickly. highly recommend them.. First class company

Rip off merchants. This company intitially comes off looking shiny and professional, but this is only surface deep.The house share I was in was always infested with flies and rodents. the flies even managed to get under the carpet to lay eggs and so we had maggots coming out from under the carpet. It was always too hot in the house, unbearable noise, mess, problems with the water temperature. The company took a whole year to get anything with the dryers and washings machines fixed. It took multiple referrals and complaints before they would send anyone out.Thankfully I'm now out of the houseshare and even though me and my family scrubbed everything down Inc moving furniture to make sure nothing was left uncleaned. They are still trying to take £40 out of my deposit for cleaning.So what should be coming out of their business overheads to get cleaners in, they are charging that to tenants to generate the business more money.Nothing more than a profiteering organisation and I wouldn't touch them with a 10ft bargepole.Also rooms are very expensive as these are 8 bed house shares and they are charging £500+ for one room.

A friend used this company for a room in a shared rented house and got terrible service. They misdescribed the property, claimed the rent was lower than another room in the same property when it wasn't, didn't reply to any communications once she was in the property and there was a problem with another tennant. The other reviews posted look fake. They DO NOT help you if there is a problem after moving in

At a difficult transition period in my life T1 property were there to take the worry out of moving home. The service provided was a cut above the rest! Chloe was there to handle any concerns/questions and she did this with the upmost professionalism. Within a week I had moved in to a truly beautiful property and was able to start a new chapter in my life! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking at renting.

First time I have used this business and it will be the last. Unprofessional and definitely do not like dealing with tenant's problems. They're attitude seems to be that it's not a problem or fix it yourself.

From the moment I met chloe outside the property she was kind , welcoming and very professional, the tour of the house was brilliant and chloe was very informative of the other People who live in the house and everything was so good I accepted the room straight away ! The house is modern , clean , and any problems chloe is always on hand to help ! :) would recommend this company to my mates for sure.

I have rented through T1 for the past 3 years and cannot fault them. They always respond very quickly to any queries or repairs needed and maintenance is completed quickly and to a good standard. The staff are always professional and helpful.
