H&M

I have been a regular visitor to H&M and have generally had positive experiences in the past. However, my recent visit was not up to the mark.The store’s stock rotation seems to be lacking. Seeing the same items on display over time can lead to a stale shopping experience. A more frequent rotation of stock could help in maintaining the excitement and novelty that comes with shopping.In terms of pricing, I found it to be less satisfactory compared to previous visits. While H&M is known for its affordable fashion, the recent pricing did not reflect the great value I have come to expect from them.In conclusion, while I have enjoyed shopping at H&M in the past, my latest experience was disappointing. I hope to see improvements in stock rotation and pricing in the future to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Good service from staff. Big store neat and clean. Lots of things under one roof. Must visit this store.

Amazing selectionStore was a sauna the aircon helped a little.Please make the staff happy they looked drained and not in the mood to even have content faceThe cashier was very polite and made up for the experience.

i went to the changing rooms with 9 items of clothing and was told I could only have 7 at a time. The lady at the entrance to the changing rooms (top floor) told me to leave 2 of my items with her. I told her I had two items that I definitely wanted to buy, so i gave her those 2, and asked her to keep them for me while I tried the others on.When i came out of the changing rooms she had lost the two I had asked her to keep for me that i’d said I wanted to buy. She did not apologise, and they didn’t have another two in store that were my size. This happened right before they were closing and I was shopping for a very important event. I don’t live in London either. The least she could have done is apologise. Will NOT be coming here again and I will warn my friends and family to stay away. Horrible customer service!

Good choices of collection. The kids section needs more line for customer satisfaction.

A big store situated in Westfield Shopping Centre Stratford. There were plenty of staff on hand to help. The changing rooms were run well and kept clean. A really good selection of Summer and Autumn lines of clothing. Prices were very reasonable.

Love this store for their ability to adapt. Price range is reasonable, and quality of stuff is good. There kids range is really good only slight disappointment was the range of colours for girls this season, but the boys was bright and on trend.Only issue I had was with the customer service very unhelpful, unpleasant stood near the AC were rude and did not want to move or help with queries.

Located right as you enter Westfield. This store is huge and if I remember correctly it has 3 floors?There were lots of stocks and options. They always have items on sale as well.

Great place to shop for clothings however sometimes difficult to locate stuff but staff on hand to help. There is a self service but cashiers are often not enough and queuing takes too long in my view. It’s the longest queue seen with few customers l don’t understand it and self service not staffed nearby for when you are stuck. They need to address these issues in my view if they don’t want to loose customers

Nothing special an othee H&M. Only felt they are under staff. All of them were on tills and none to ask and the store look untidy
