Stephen was able to give me a quote over the phone for the leak in my bathroom, came by the next morning and quickly carried out the repair for the quoted price. No problems so far one month on so I think he did a good job.

Stephen happened to be in the area when I called him to help with a blockage leading to our washing machine. He was with us within 10 minutes and dealt with the problem very quickly / effectively. Couldn't have hoped for a better service.

Stephen responded promptly in communication leading up to his visit, and although it was quite a tricky leak, went out of his way to find the source of the problem. Unfortunately it was a structural/building issue causing the leak so he wasn't able to fix it, but he offered good advice on how we could seek to resolve the problem. He was polite and tidy too. Would definitely call him again if we ever have any plumbing issues that need seeing to!
