The food here was soo good, they’ve got a student discount, which is just such a relief for uni students living in an expensive city. Emma particularly provided excellent service while I dined in the store, asking me if I need extra tissue when collecting my tray and giving detailed explanation for not being able to provide free tap water to me. Good for an affordable quick bite!

Food is good but hygiene is bad. The cashier guy was handling the trash bin while my order was being prepared in the kitchen. When my order was ready for packing into the takeout bag, the cashier guy did not wash his hands and went to pack my food immediately after touching the trash instead. Please educate your staff to observe good hygiene by washing their hands after touching the trash bin and before touching customer's food.

I had the kcal kebab and i was prepared to sacrifice flavour with reduction of calories. But boy I was surprised how wholesome and moreish it was. Juicy meat, soft yet crispy bread and a moderate supply of sauce. Tasted like 1000 kcals, but labelled as approximately 500.

Disrespectful to German Doners. Very stingy on the meats and the sauces came on the side, not in the doner. Who does that? It was basically a vegetable wrap.Service was fine. Doner came quick. You use a kiosk machine to order and the whole transaction feels pretty sterile and lifeless, unlike a real doner shop. No one called me “my friend” or made the experience enjoyable.Save your money, eat elsewhere.

Food were quite salty and bit overpriced, overall is alright. However, the staff very insist to scan the QR code to give 5 stars reviews saying they provide good customer service but is so forceful and I asked why and just so bluntly reply you just have to do it. Should have never force anyone to give 5 stars review at all under an circumstances

This is one of the best halal food options in town. I came here for the doner box fries with a choice of mixed meat and chicken topped with cheese sauce and it was perfect. Will definitely come back again and recommend it to everyone.

It’s been sometime their quality and quantity have been decreasing but today it’s already down the drain, basically it’s now a salad sandwich. I paid about £40 for 4 mixed dinner sandwiches, and all I got was a huge helping of Salad and a tiny sliver of meat … it’s a total waste, and left me so disappointed,To German Donner … you already increased your prices and not giving anything in return, I will not order it again and wouldn’t recommend it for anyone. In fact I think German Doner should be referred to Trading Standards as what they advertise and what they sell are completely different.
