I think to be fair this is a modern, clean station with a good car park and several trains an hour to London and to the North. I can understand that airport customers may not be happy to have to hop on a bus but that isn't the station itself.

By far the worst airport shuttle in the world. Slow, infrequent, crowded, not synced to train arrivals, expensive, separate price, rude staff etc etc

Grumpy and unhelpful staff, dreadful old bus with no luggage space and narrow aisles. In no other London airport do you have to pay for the pleasure of a decrepit bus shuttling you from station to airport

They've cancelled the shuttle to the airport from here to force you onto the ripoff Dart service (£5.50 for 1.1 miles, 4 min). Use the 100 bus from the Busway road nearby. Google 100 route Luton.

Surly woman selling tickets outside at the airport bus station (nice work you've got there) immediately demonstrated an arrogant provocative manner when asked to confirm if debit card payments were not accepted. She needs another job or a customer services training course or three.

Apart from the shuttle bus service to the airport, buses here aren't frequent. Even then, it's not the best place to wait for a bus and the less I say about the extortionate fares, the better.
