Love this cafe tucked away in Merry Hill. Food and drink is miles better than their big chain rivals. Definitely recommend

Lovely little cafe away from the hassle and bustle of the centre. I enjoyed a lovely coffee in peace. Perfect for a mini recharge.

Couldn't really rate this place any higher as when we went a lot of the stuff on the menu was not available. The drinks were ok, mocha wasn't great. The hot chocolate was really nice. Overall a decent place for a hot drink. Just disappointed wasn't able to try more.

Recommend the sandwiches and the chocolate orange cake! Been in a few times with family and friends, for refreshment and Pottery painting. Due to location of being tucked in a corner I think this is an overlooked establishment, however, it is well worth popping in.

Creative Coffee Hub is situated in Merry Hill shopping centre. It is a very cosy and welcoming coffee place with plenty of seating area. The menu offers a wide variety of drinks, including coffees, teas, hot chocolates and iced drinks. There is also a good variety of food, like sandwiches, toasties, waffles, salads, vegan snacks. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help with anything. Overall very nice experience

Recently found this and was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the staff and their helpful suggestions for lunch. Clean, welcoming, warm oasis of calm. After dragging around trying to find school shoes. Will be back next week without kids for a long lonely coffee and peaceful meditation haha. Would recommend this place to everyone. But hope they don't all go at once its so nice to find somewhere that's not commercialised and just like every other branch. A one off place that's a pleasure to visit with amazing cake!

I waited while the only person serving dealt with a group wanting to know about the craft activities. That was ok, I stood at the counter waiting....then she cleared a table before attending to me, I wanted a coffee to go.I should have been her next priority, there were lots of clear tables and no other customers. ☕

The coffee shop was empty of clients,when we arrived at 13.50 on a Monday afternoon. We liked the sound of the food, but 3 items we chose wasn't available - avocado & smoked salmon being the separate items. Couldn't anyone pop to the supermarket to replenish???The food - two toasties took 30 minutes to arrive. The assistant brought the plates and said I'll go and get cutlery .... there - was a side salad with dressing. 5 minutes later the cutlery arrived.Sad to say that although the filling of our toasties was tasty, the bread was over cooked! How hard is it to cook a toastie??We watched as other people came to the counter to either get ignored by the assistant or there be no assistant in sight.Lastly when we arrived we chose to sit at one of two small tables. One had 3 or 4 cups on it and ours had one, which we moved to the other table.That table wasn't emptied for 20 mins.Really strange set up here.Staff training needed maybe.We like supporting small businesses but wouldn't recommend this one.
