Been in a few times. Staff is prompt and very polite. Happy to advise on Cod ww2 which sold it to me. The store is cramped but that's the head office for you. Quick and cheap to get a store up and running.Good game selection for Felixstowe and the DVDs are loaded. A lunch break is not long enough to browse.

I have never been to a better store for staff knowledge and their willingness to help me find what I need. Completely and utterly above and beyond the call. I credit to the store and the company as a whole!

Manager really doesn't want to buy anything! Took in a phone, waited an hour before he said the camera lens ha a crack so couldn't sell it. It was the protective screen that had a crack, not the camera. The other four things I was clearing out also apparently had problems which I couldn't find! Waste of time and very poor management.

Best place for secondhand electronics, all items tested, graded & come with a 2 year guarantee for peace of mind. Clean, tidy store with helpful staff. Online site is also worth a look especially if you are trying to find something specific & want to check availability.

It's an ok store. A bit cramped an small....out of all the staff I have meet there where 2 polite members an gave a good greating...couple of the others who seam to be management are very rude an always put the customer down with there opinion being better.also they never seam to have enough monie to do cash sales. more than once needing the cash right then I've been told they have to do it by card which takes 3 working days which is no use to me.The whole point of a store like that is to sell things for cash not wait so many working days for payment.....Overall couple of good experience most mainly negative tho

Rip off merchants who try to wriggle out of any warranty claims. Do not trust them, take your business elsewhere or you will be stuck with a non-existent warranty for defective goods.

Yes it's a Pawn shop but with a difference... the staff are tech knowledgeable and able to give honesty advice for purchases or for trading. I've used them for bits and bobs over the years and as yet never had any issues at all. Online account runs smooth and their app is great for quick searches or idea of what it's worth.

I am very disgusted the way I was treated when I walked in I approached the gentleman with facial hair and asked him excuse me mate do you work here as he walked past he gave me a filthy look and walk straight past me and when I said excuse me he just stared at me i said that was really rude. And a young girl who I imagine was the manager didn't really care either and just ask me how can I help you after I just said he was rude never using this ces again I'll go ipswich
