The Minster Veterinary Practice, Crockey Hill

The care and compassion from all the staff throughout the Minster Veterinary practices, that our family have had contact with, has always been excellent. They have looked after all of our animals with the same level of kindness and expertise from our hens to our cats and dogs. We have recommended Minster Vets to our friends who have been equally delighted by the warmth and care they have received upon their visits. The emergency availability at their Salisbury Road practice is a truly excellent service not available with so many other practices. On the occasions we have had to use this service the local aspect and the easy access to our vets has reduced stressful, upsetting incidents hugely. We will continue to use and recommend Minster Vets as their genuine love of animals and their kind, caring, customer service are an excellent support to our pet filled family.

The best vets by a square mile in the vale of York. We have our 2 little dogs with Minster vets , & we appreciate everything they do to reassure them each time we visit. The fact that the hospital is so much closer than those offered by other vets , has literally saved the life of one of our boys .

I can’t recall the ladies names, but I highly recommend crockey hill and Salisbury road. I saw two lovely ladies last week and again yesterday and they were amazingly patient with my 2 very nervous gs dogs. An amazing service as always. Thank you ❤️

I have been with Minster vets for many years now and no matter which branch I have been to the staff have been amazing.My local surgery at Crocky hill and the staff at Salisbury have been amazing, we had many health issues with our rescue german shepherd Tia so she was had a lot of visits to the vets, she didn't like other dogs though, so the staff had to clear the waiting room so we could get in!This was never a problem for them to do this and they were always welcoming and helpful.she had continuous ear infections, then while getting a MOT the vet found a lump which needed operated on, then the following year she was under the weather, the receptionist suggested we get her in urgently as it might be pyometra, we got her in within the hour and she did have it, they operated on her but we were told she may not make it, but she did.Unfortunately a year later her back end gave up and we had to have her put down.This was only 3 weeks ago and the pain I feel is unbearable, the staff once again were amazing and they even sent us a lovely sympathy card.I wouldn't go to any other vets with nay of my pets, I 100 recommend them. Such a wonderful team at Minster Vet Crockey Hill. Even though my 1yr Golden is a handful to take anywhere new, they make it a great experience for both of us. Highly recommend.

The staff are brilliant.The vets we have seen at Minster Vets have been brilliant with our very poorly cat and we have no hesitation at all taking him there. All the vets were courteous, professional and caring.

Took Alfie for his jabs and a check up, lovely team here, great manner with the animals that come and go. Always a great experience.

When ever we have to go to the practice at Crockey hill we are always treated very well. My dog bobby gets a bit over exited but the staff there are very nice and understanding.Have been going there for a number of years now with previous dogs and now with bobby. Highly recommended
