One star is even too much for this company. Please stay away from them . The Customer service isn't exit in this f...ing company. Someone whose name is Rachel is very rude and just ignorant, it seems she felt so happy when she understood she's making customer feeling angry. As a new owner who didn't want to continue with this company they cut off the line and broadband earlier (without any notice to us) than they transfer it to new company and they caused my shop to be closed because of there's no way we could open the shop without Internet and phone line. The customer service!! woman, Rachel was just happily telling me she couldn't give me any information because I was not the one who had the contract with me. They caused lots of problems to my business and I will bring this girl and the company to court. But please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The worst customer service I have ever come accross. only been with them for business phone line since april. no direct debit instruction received at bank so with no contact they suspend my phone line reulting in no card payments being able to be taken. Worst deision in busniness ive ever made moving to these clowns. cant leave anything less then a 1 star unfortunately

False advertisement for 24/7 broadband support line . We have reported them to trading standard .Due to broadband disruption on weekend we have lost a big chunk of our cash flow therefor ,money loss due to offline ordering system!!Phoned them Saturday morning to report the issu but refused to help as it was closed for Saturday . Even now it's Monday afternoon still no reply to our email nor call back and still no broadbandNever again . We cancel the contract right away .

I've just given them notice as its the end of my contract, they promised a world of savings over KC and delivered nothing except a bottle of wine for signing up. Hidden charges everywhere. Expecting a battle on my hands to get out even though i've approached the end of my contract. This is an example of how honest this company is...to end the contract at month 11 to go to Sky would have incurred charges higher than staying with them using their services

My experience so far with Axis has been as described by their sales rep which was, unbeatable prices on telephone and broadband and I have just signed up to their gas and electric service which I am confident I will save around 10% on my energy bills, I have only had to call customer services once and found them helpful and efficient at resolving my issue, can’t understand anyone not happy with this standard of service...can’t please some people.Steve HughesBrough

Like another reviewer I took a 12 month contract at the start of November and was informed that the price had increased significantly but (probably) for just until March. At the end of March I was told that the price would stay the same and not revert. DO NOT USE AXIS FOR BUSINESS.

Avoid like the plagueRented a property the tennant went with this bad company without my permission and they said put on landlord tariff when he left3 months they have charged me 480.00 pounds instead of sending a bill they put it straight into a debt collection servicePLEASE DON'T GO WITH THIS COMPANYrude unhelpful and rob dogs

I rarely leave reviews for businesses, but after my recent experience with this appalling outfit I felt I had no option. They disconnected (without notice) our business telephone line because we tried switching energy supplier. As some of the other reviews have stated, our company was promised massive savings on our electric / telecommunication bill, but they just never materialised, so I decided to switch energy suppliers and gave them a final electric meter reading and asked for an up to date bill - 7 days later they disconnected the business landline on the grounds that they claimed they were owed money on the electric bill. I am taking this matter up with Ofcom.The staff are incredibly rude and have a blatant disregard for the Data Protection Act. They gave out my personal details and details of the electric account to a member of our staff without asking any security questions at all. If you are thinking of signing up this company, please think very hard before you do so. We are now currently in the process of moving our electric and telephone to another provider as soon as is humanly possible. If I could leave less than one star - I would.

We've been with Axis for quite a number of years and I have to say that my experience with them has been very positive. Whenever I have had to contact them I have found their staff to be professional and helpful. I particularly like that when I have had problems with broadband, you are able to speak to the same person time after time to see a problem through to resolution. I'm also paying less than £60 per month for high speed fibre and my business line and all my calls which I am more than happy with!
