I got all I needed at a bargain price thanks to Tesco clubcard

Great pharmacy, Staff friendly and helpful especially Naz who went the extra mile and made a huge difference with her fantastic customer service and personal service. Thank you Naz.

Self scanner stopped working. Told by assistant you will just have to put through the self serve till yourself. 2 very full trolleys no offer of help or assistance. Constantly having to move bags asking him for help but no help came. I asked to speak to a manager a girl came over no apology and just said I will speak to him.we spend on average £200 per week in there. Such bad customer service and it used to be one of the better Tesco stores. The senior manager I am told by the girl did not want to speak to customers.

Not great...all your outdoor plants are dead or dying for lack of someone watering them. And this store is one of the untidiest I've ever seen. Someone needs to make sure the shelves are neat and presentable, not looking like a bomb has hit them. Poor product range too, considering its size. Staff are pleasant though.

My partner delivers vehicles all around the uk. Never has he had a bad experience with a tesco before. He dropped his car to ways just outside for a car wash, and was hoping to go inside for a cafe breakfast. Unfortunately there isn’t a cafe there. After walking around and not being able to find neither the cafe or meal deal section. He asked the manager ‘Gary’ for help where to find the meal deals. Gary instead of helping a customer accused my partner (in his work uniform, smartly dressed, has a work issues backpack on his back) of stealing goods in his bag ( I’m listening to all this as he’s on a call with me, with his AirPods on). My partner drops the bag on the floor and tells him to search it. At this point the Tesco employee back tracks and says my he just needs to no a yes or no aMy partner is clearly not appreciating the way he has been spoken to. Gary replied ‘this is my store, if you don’t like it get out’. My partner said he’s not leaving as he hasn’t done anything and what’s said meal deal. Gary then starts directing him to the meal deals, and clearly must either be having a bad day or at this point embarrassed as my partner is not accepting such accusations lightly. Gary turns and tells him to leave.My partner has done absolutely nothing wrong, came to this location with the intention to purchase some food as he’s hungry and has been working for hours at this point. He has high blood pressure and diabetes type one. Thank you Gary, an official compliant has been lodged with head office, and will be investigated. As this is utterly unacceptable.A description of the ‘Gary’ to watch out for-Brown hair, receding hair line, brown stubby beard, short, wearing a navy half zip jumper.

I went to this store to purchase a few items and when I got to the self scan it took my £10 note but not the £20, my total shop was £44 when I spoke to 1 member of staff they informed me that they are no longer accepting Scottish notes even though they are legal tender and was informed that I needed to go to the bank and change them. That's useful when the banks are closed and at least a 20-30 minute drive away and you need the food. Tesco you are being regionalist to the Scottish nation and I can see why they are sometimes not keen on the English when they are treated in this way. I have to be fair I have never been refused to purchase items in Scotland using English notes - sterling is sterling or is it not at Tesco's???

Absolutely disgusting service from on of the self checkout attendants today at Tesco Loudwater. I've just had to calm my wife down from an anxiety attack after the staff member accused my wife of stealing. She had scanned all the products she had purchased and after needing to show ID for alcohol, the woman checked her orders were correct, which I understand that they spot check at times, but proceeded to scan the same item multiples times and when it flagged up as incorrect made sure that others at the checkout what notice. My wife made her point but the woman made her take all her items back out of the bag to then rescan them again.Train your staff to be more respectful and actually listen.

Big store, good prices, nice staff. Easy access, loads of parking space
