Decent experience here today. 4 tyres replaced. Arrived at 08:15, job started at 08:25, job finished at 09:15. 50 minutes turnaround. Good effort.Photos taken of wheels by staff before/after job as evidence of condition (good practice, and shows they are taking care with their work).The team were all friendly and professional, and were happy to answer a few questions I had.Overall, a well run and efficient service. I would say they went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.Very pleased, and will definitely return to this specific branch next time I need some new rubber.Many thanks.

Fantastic service from the staff at Kwik-Fit. Our flat tyre turned out to be more complicated than originally thought and we had to call the AA. The team at KwikFit went the extra mile to help us get this sorted and waited until after they had closed so they could help us out when AA finally arrived. Thank you so much to Amy and team.

I was contacted by Kwik fit that my front tyres had been fitted > However the tracking needed adjusting and it would cost nearly £65-00 to correct > so it made common sense to have the tracking adjusted >> But £65-00 for tracking adjustment -- REALLY !

The service was fantastic, I had a problem with the middle exhaust clamp that was completely corroded away and needed replacing asap, everyone in the team were very helpful and friendly and the whole thing was done in less than an hour , thank you Kwik fit Salisbury for outstanding service and professional advice

Got a puncture and Kwik Fit were one of 4 tyre centres close by, and when calling around, the only ones who offered to look at it straight away on a busy Saturday afternoon. Sadly the tyre couldn't be repaired, but thankfully they had one the shelf meaning from walking in to driving away was less than 30mins. Not a standard tyre size either.Staff were really helpful and friendly, all wheels were checked and torqued before completion and they asked me what pressure I wanted in the tyre so all 4 matched. Really great, quick service.

Outstanding service! Amy Woolridge helped us in a real jam with a blown tire on an Enterprise rental car, when Enterprise was closed for the weekend. She provided excellent customer service by helping us get a tire replacement approved by Enterprise, when we were struggling to get any relief directly from Enterprise or their roadside assistance service. She literally saved us hundreds of dollars, as well as our vacation itinerary. We made it to Bristol just in time for an event that we had traveled thousands of miles to attend, but were resigned to miss until Amy stepped in. Kwik Fit is lucky to have her on the team! Thank you!

A no-nonsense quick and reliable motor service. They offer very competitive prices for tyres. Online booking is very straightforward allowing you to see the availability of your chosen and all nearby workshops. As the system is live, I managed to secure a last minute slot after a late cancellation. Staff at the Salisbury branch is always very helpful and it's wonderful to be served by a diverse workforce of different ages and genders.

I don't normally write revues, how ever in this case after going to kwik fit in salisbury on a couple of occasions, i thought i would just have to say that all the staff there do an amazing job and are thorough, friendly and honest. I would recommend, going here based on my experince.
