The short haired woman is so hostile, I won’t be using this place again. The one is rustington is far cleaner and cheaper

I haven't needed to use Wick Street launderette for quite some time,maybe 5 to 6 years. But,our old tumbler dryer gave up two days ago,and with guests staying over the Christmas holidays there was some laundry to be washed and dried.The launderette was not busy,I didn't expect it to be open! Wow!!!I put £2 in one of the smaller tumbler dryers,went out of the launderette to buy a newspaper, came back in to the launderette to check the smaller dryer and it was stone cold!!!I put all my cold laundry in to the bigger tumbler I was using for towel and bedding drying,adding of course more money.There was no one there to assist me in getting my money refunded,but I'm hoping that with cameras dotted around the premises, I can be seen to be putting £2 in to a dryer that does not work!!!I shall call Lynn and ask for a refund of my £2. I'm sure she will understand.

I travel from Colorado US and pack light. This place is great to drop off a bag and get it back same day clean, dry and folded for a great price.Huge savings compared to hotel (Hilton- Avisford).

Very helpful staff. Got their when they were meant to be closed. Never been to a laundrette before, they helped put my things in the washing machine then let me go and they stuck it in the dryer and I came back later no one there but my things ready to pack and go.

Avoid this place at all costs, really go somewhere else. worst customer service ever, the girl has no idea how to talk to people or treat them. just extremely rude. Eventually went to Rustington washeteria, such a difference, clean, tidy and extremely helpful.

This place stood out as the worst customer service ever. The blonde haired lady in there clearly has no idea how to treat people. When asked for a receipt or slip after dropping off a service wash she became most sarcastic and basically said I had only asked for it because she thought that I thought she would steal my duvets. Ridiculous and extremely rude. When doing services for a business, it is quite normal to ask for a receipt. She had no qualms about being rude infront of other customers and her whole attitude was brusque and with attitude. When I picked up the items, she was no more agreeable and unlike other service washes I have had elsewhere, I did not get that lovely fresh smell from my items. If you don't enjoy your job, get another one and don't inflict your bad mood on others! Use at your peril!
