From the get go they came out to survey our premises within a matter of hours of calling and provided us with a with detailed project plan before install date set. The price quoted was very competitive compared to other companies who came out to quote.They installed a Zen Mitsubishi 5Kw WiFi enabled Air-conditioning system to our office outbuilding, the work was done both professionally and in a timely manner. The customer service we received from Rebecca at their office was outstanding, very attentive and answered all of our questions!Highly recommended professional service from a well-established company and worthwhile investment if you are looking to improve your comfort.10/10 all the way!

A very professional end-to-end service from the Pioneer teamWho fitted five units to our home (including a ducted setup in loft rooms). This was a major upgrade to our property involving most rooms. The Pioneer team were excellent. They delivered a great service from survey to installation along with competitive pricing. The team arrived on time each day, were thoughtful, careful and made sure we were happy with positioning and setup at each stage of the work. A very neat/tidy job with unobtrusive piping/insulation including some clever work hiding ducted units in the eaves leaving only unobtrusive grills in upstairs rooms. Have already shown the results to friends considering aircon and would not hesitate to recommend Pioneer.

Supplied and installed split air con units to 3 rooms for us at a competitive price. The work involved a lot of work outside. Weather was atrocious but they still dood a good job. Professional and tidy. Would recommend.
