Great experience with daughter with severe allergies. Really impressed with the staff member who went above and beyond to make sure my daughter could eat an allergen free sorbet without making us feel awkward as we do at so many other places, they take it seriously here!. Will definitely return again.

We came here on holiday the week before and the food and service was great. We came here the next weekend and we ordered a crepe and a sundae. I got the crepe and finished it by the time my wife’s arrived… 15 minutes later! Again the food was great but why give a table half a order?

Polite service at the counter, and too many items on their menu to mention, but the quality of their products is excellent for customers with a sweet tooth.Be prepared to over spend your cash here.Wheelchair access is available to a section of their seating area only.No toilet access here.

I was delighted to find vegan shakes here! Completely unexpected, and very much appreciated! Staff was lovely and helpful, service could have been a little quicker. Still a 5 star experience! Thank you for the delicious shake, even my partner liked it (he is quiet fussy).

Took my son for an ice cream on Sunday before Cinema, 3 staff behind counter were swearing and messing about and not observing us waiting to be served. The Ice Cream Bar was almost completely empty. Seems to be a total lack of Management and control. Would never go back, awful experience.

Awful service. Despite three people working (one lady with brown hair, one man with long brown hair and another gentleman) our order took ages. Two crepes ordered. By the time the first was finished the second came out. Rude staff and they didn’t even give us plates or cutlery. We were given cardboard boxes. Frustrated at how this was deemed okay.

Slightly disappointing that we had to wait 15 minutes to be ignored and turn around and leave. The team said they couldn’t serve us as they had takeout deliveries to complete. So instead of serving customers in person, we were ignored and left. To the management team, it might be worth reviewing the set up so you don’t get so overwhelmed with online orders that your other customers are completely ignored and waste a trip. Won’t try again which is a shame.
