We Love Renters

I decided to try We Love Renters as I have a property that needed a tenant quickly.Having someone to manage the property is such a relief. No worries about paperwork, checking tenants, chasing rents and arranging tradesmen. They took care of everything and found tenant straight away. I would highly recommend as was so convenient and great efficient service.

By far the easiest and least stressed I've been moving into a new property, zero messing around.I've dealt with a few letting agents in my time and it seems like there's always a million and one hoops to jump through but the ladies here were so pro active and thoughtful I barely had to do anything. They made the whole moving process so much easier for me and my partner. Also the lovely gift basket was really nice touch to show that they do think about their tenants.So far 1 week in, Super happy, no problems and loving life. I really appreciate that someone has finally made letting properties a more enjoyable process. Well done!

Absolutely amazing moved when I was 9 months pregnant everything was so fast and so easy to do also stress free.Stacey is very professional even left us a little hamper which was lovely I highly recommend we love renters I wouldn’t go no where else.

Absolutely amazing company, made a really stressful situation for me and my family as had to move from previous property within 3 months due to disrepairs and landlord selling. Stacey went above and beyond to help us. After a tough couple of months with COVID we made the decision that we wanted to move to Hartlepool to be closer to family. We had been having a bad experience with our current landlord and her maintaining the property and we had started to lose faith. We then met Stacey, supportive, caring, and a personal touch.“We honestly can’t thank her enough. She was able to work through the application with us, had time to answer all of our questions however small they were and made us feel like we mattered. We are now in our new home and looking forward to our new adventure! So, a big thank you to Stacey and the team! We couldn’t recommend you guys enough!

Would give it no stars if that was possible!I'm a landlord who decided to give them one of my properties to manage with a view to giving them others. All my properties are fully refurbished and have up to date Gas & Electrical certificates, EPC etc. Best in class" is my motto.The "service" was worse than I could imagine. For example:1. They didn't reference the tenant2. Two days after tenant moved in Lucy at WLR said it needed a new boiler. This was unlikely so I said my usual Gas Engineer would go to fix it (or replace if necessary). He rang the tenant same day to be told it had already been replaced!3. After 6 months with not a penny received due to the boiler cost and tenant non payment I cancelled the management with them. They said they had some rent due to me. Six weeks later after several chases haven't received it. They then invented spurious charges from months before to try and avoid paying me the balance!4. The person I dealt with
