Our project took quite a lot longer than anticipated, but the end result is high quality and should do the job. I suggest agreeing delivery timescales on project commissioning and making sure it stays on track.

Very knowledgeable engineers done a great job with my property. Provided planning and building warrant support. Dealt with listed building consent also. It is a lot of work on a historic building and they were happy to spend the time and effort to go the extra mile so ensure everything was kept right.Very happy with thier service indeed. Would recommend to anyone if you have a conversion project requiring structural reports or structural design. Go to guys for this kind of work.

I would highly recommend this company. Hasir and his team stepped in and replaced my previous structural engineer who I was having issues with due to their unprofessionalism. I eventually received the Completion Certificate for the extension to my house which was down to the work carried out by Lead Structural

Excellent service and very knowledgeable. The Engineers like to take time to explain everything in detail, which I appreciated very much as I like to understand things myself.They took on a complex project for my commercial property which required SER certification. I hadn't the slightest clue as to what that meant as I am based in England and this was a Scottish venture.However all was dealt in a very professional manner with a huge thanks to these guys.Will definitely come to them again for my next project

My Wife & I had been left in a really bad situation with a kitchen company and they had removed our old kitchen and utility room plus started to take away a structural wall that they believed wasn't structural, They walked away from the job and left us with no kitchen and now had to get a structural engineer asap. Hashir at Lead Structural took my call and came out on the same day to take care of the structural report and get the ball rolling asap. His speediness and care was second to none and we cant thank him and his team enough.

Structural engineers provided excellent solutions to the problems and also did guide us very professionally throughout the works. Hashir has produced two very helpful reports for me. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient with my questions, kept in communication and the reports were done in a suitable timeframe. If your home report requests a structural survey I would definitely recommend Hashir from Lead Structural.

I paid over £3k up-front for a small project (kitchen knock through) 11 months later (yes 11 months!) and still no further forward. Calls and emails go unanswered and endless excuses from both Hashir and Sahir. Avoid this company at all costs.
