I have never had a bad Flat White from Starbucks, each sip takes me to another dimension.I am taken away by the absolutely immense strong, rich and bold flavourings of the Colombian coffee beans (told by the staff).I tend to stay away from coffees infused with syrups. So sorry not sorry if you were reading this expecting a review about a ' triple pumped salted caramel latte with sOyA milk'

I had visited with my 4 friends. Service is a bit slow. Also I told them to heat the croissant but still they served cold. Caramel frappe was good.

Cinnamon bun tasted stale and dryNo offer to warm up other pastries, bagged up even though we were sitting inBarrista was chatting with customer and forgot milk in Americano so I had to interrupt her conversation after waiting 5 minutes for her to finish up to ask for milk to be added

Had a great time at Starbucks with helpful staff who went above and beyond, even searching the whole store multiple times for a reusable water bottle i asked to check. They're always smiling and welcoming, making it a great spot for coffee.

Made my order at Starbucks and didn't wait to long for it. It was busy inside here with people waiting and sitting down it's a average size Starbucks which was clean nice customer service I received here.

Rude staff!! The girl with round glasses snsppy and impacient with me as I ordered. I was trying to read the irder board but it was on a tv screen that disappears every few seconds so I paused and she impaciently snapped at me then I said dont bother with the name and she snapped again about needing a name to order! She shouldnt be serving and clearly doesnt want to be there. Get rid of her ffs before she gets you in real trouble. Discusting way to treat customers!!

I have been coming to the store since a long time and I would say I have had many bad experiences. A girl named Juju was rude to me when I asked her about the toilet. I work in hospitality as well and I am shocked to see someone like her working for Starbucks.

I think there are some new nice staff and my recent experiences are pretty good. So I changed my comment.———Horrible experience. I got an iced brown sugar espresso WITHOUT any brown sugar or espresso. JUST OAT MILK. The staff simply denied it and wouldn't do another. Horrible service. Dishonest Staff. He earns money so easy that he thinks it fair enough to spend £3+ on a cup of ice cubes and bare milk. Should not accept the order if they have no brown sugar now. I don’t understand why he added NO ESPRESSO unless on purpose. Attached is what i got from him and normal ones I purchased at the same store.

One of the best Starbucks shops in London. Very clean and spacious with friendly, accommodating staff. A good place to rest and enjoy a coffee when visiting Wembley Designer outlet
