Coming from Scotland I always knew I wanted a celebrant for my Derbyshire wedding this year and we were so lucky to find Claire. She helped us navigate the difficulty of having a registrar (needed for the legal bit) and celebrant there on the day. She also gave us the most perfect, personal, funny ceremony that, most importantly, was everything we wanted for our special day. People are still talking about how great our ceremony was and that was thanks to Claire. She told our story brilliantly and I couldn’t recommend her enough!

When you meet Claire it is like a little sunbeam has entered your life. She is easy and uplifting to talk to, yet at the same time so calming. It was a delight to meet you Claire and I hope we can work together soon.

I have met and worked with Claire on a few weddings now, I love how she really connects with the couples and gets to know them so the ceremony is really tailored to them. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Claire to any couple wanting a super special wedding ceremony.

Claire is one of those people you need to come into contact with in your life, she is such a wonderful, warm, compassionate, beautiful, funny person and she is doing something that she is perfectly suited to be doing, like Cinderella and her slipper, a perfect fit!I have worked with Claire on a few occasions over the last couple of years and I am always so happy when I know she is going to be there. I love to listen to the words she has weaved together for her ceremonies, so much care and thought has gone into finding out about each couple and their lives so far together. Claire has a gift of of including elements that warm your heart, that are touching and thoughtful then bring you back to have you giggling over a special moment, a true genius with words with such a warm and dream-like delivery. My partner and I got married with Claire as our celebrant in June. She was absolutely invaluable. So many of our guests said that it was the most thoughtful, funny and personal ceremony they had ever attended and that was all thanks to Claire. Several asked how she could possibly know us so well. It was truly incredible how well she crafted a ceremony that fit us. We laughed, we cried, and we felt really well taken care of throughout what can be a bit of daunting experience. Claire is friendly, inclusive, and full of helpful tips and tricks. I can't recommend her enough!

Claire is amazing to work with as a wedding photographer. She's a very caring and lovely person to be around who puts so much thought into creating special ceremonies for each couple. We had our wedding on 1st July. Claire performed our ceremony, which was heart warming, funny and very personal.We included a reading, a handfasting, personalised vows to each other and vows to our children. Claire was on hand throughout the planning to help us with each aspect of the ceremony.On the day the ceremony went perfectly, I didn’t realise until later that so many guests had cried throughout the ceremony. Claire is the most amazing celebrant!From our first meeting she was so friendly and calming, while being totally professional. She guided us through the process (that we had no idea about) and made sure we had no concerns. She was so supportive and available to help any time. It was a great comfort to know our ceremony was in safe hands.The script she wrote for us was perfection. The whole room was in tears (happy tears). We had so many compliments on the whole ceremony.Claire is truly amazing at what she does. She is a really honest, caring and such a warm person. She is the exact energy you need on your big day.
