Needed all carpets and stairs cleaned before we moved into our new empty house. Richard kindly managed to fit us in and did a fantastic job of the carpets. Great service. We needed the smell of smoke removed from the flat and some awful coffee stains removed from the carpet - all done very well for a very good price. Richard was very pleasant and kept me informed of what I should expect and what was needed in advance to prepare the rooms. Definitely recommend.

Richard was flexible about fitting us in & was prompt and professional. He worked fast, did a brilliant job of cleaning up three sofas which were good as new afterward, and the price was really reasonable. Very happy and would definitely use Richard again.
