Little Or Large

Birds too over crowded for my liking in far to small cages. Alot of birds in such a small place. Staff seem knowledgeable and friendly but owner seems to want stock for nothing £5 for baby budgies very unreasonable.

After reading all the bad reviews and the good reviews being on bottom i decided to go to the shop myself and see how it goes, because we should never judge a book by its cover i went to try myself and oh my god its a long drive for me because i live in norwich but honestly it worth every penny my drive :)When i got to the shop i found 2 lovely ladys, 1 with glasses that apparently the bad reviews were directed to and another lady that wasnt with no costumers so i aproached to get served by her to get some recommendations regardIng reproduction to my zebra finches and oh my god, i dont have words to describe a lady more friendly, full of bird’s knowledge and absolutely adorable, smiling all the time and with super skills on costumer service :)The other lady with glasses that i couldnt find out name as well, im sure its lovely too but for now i can only speak for the lady that served me :) i went all my life in uk to other types of pet shops and I absolutely fell in love with this tiny shop but cozy, super costumer service, amazingly clean and full of healthy pets and any products we might need for our petsI promised a review so heres my review and i will deffo keep coming back :)You absolutely became my favourite shop where i will always have to drive 40/45 minuts each way but worths every penny

Great little pet shop in gorleston. We got 2 baby guinea pigs, the lady who served us (Jill I think), was very knowledgeable and asked us a few questions before we could take them. The shop is a bit rough around the edges but has everything you need. In terms of prices, they are about the same as pets at home.

Great staff with brilliant advise and reasonabley priced.Great treats for my alaskan malamute. Most places sell small treats but this shop stocks larger treats for bigger breeds. The pigs ears have gone down a real treat.

I love this pet shop which has been here many years.I got my budgie from here January 2016.I have always popped in to see all the birds which always have clean cages, water and seed etcI also purchase most items for my two budgies from here as it’s a great excuse to see the birds!!!Nice helpful staff and knowledgeableIf you’re looking to get your first pet bird/S I strongly recommend you go here

I come in here regularly with my dad. The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. There is a good variety of food and products for pets. Only disadvantage is that some items are very overpriced.

Amazing staff that work here. Definitely recommend visiting here. If I have any questions about my ferrets they always nice and friendly.
