I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN after I have been using them for a few years. Last week I unfolded a shawl I had dried clean to discovery a massive tear.It’s the damage as well as the attempt to cover and deceit.Normally the shawl comes back on a hanger... this time it was folded to hide the damage I presume. DO NOT USE.

Horrible seamstress! Amateur at best.My wedding dress needed to be altered to make it bigger now it’s too big. She didn’t take any measurements of my body andcompletely ruined my wedding dress that now I’ll have to pay someone else to fix the damage she has done.Had the nerve to ask for 160£ in the beginning. She done half the job and coz I wasn’t happy with the results she asked for 85£ which I paid.But I shouldn’t as I’m looking again at the pictures realising there is more work that needs fixingShe kept complaining that the job was too hard and I didn’t understand why she took it to begin with. I did ask her can you do this and she said yes and then proceeded to mess it up more and more
