Excellent service from this company. Had an emergency call out last night. The guy arrived within an hour and got it sorted. Blocked drain and sewage everywhere !!! He was amazing and very professional. Thank you highly recommended.

Terrible customer services. Operative came, spent 10 minutes unblocking a drain which blocked again within weeks, then spent the next 2 hours fast asleep in his van outside our premises. When I asked the manager Keith if they could come back to do the job properly, he explained that it's not my problem if the operative was asleep in our car park for 2 hours, there is no way I can prove to him that it was their bad job that caused the drain to back up so quickly (unless we paid them £1,700 for a drain survey) and therefore if we want them to rectify what we consider to be the poor job their operative performed, we need to pay a £114 charge out fee. Lost a regular customer there Keith, your closest competitor is on their way to fix your shoddy work, and less expensive - winning.

Great customer service.

First engineer clueless, called in second opinion and quoted £500 plus for camera and also needed a plumber on site. Fortunately another drains company came in and engineer stuck his arm down the gulley pulling out some concrete that was blocking the pipe - done and dusted in 15 minutes.Company not willing to refund callout charge..

Very happy with this company. Polite and friendly operative who not only unblocked our drain but also cleaned the area thoroughly. Definitely recommend.
