Brilliant service from Safestore (Sunderland). I needed a new kitchen storing at late notice and couldn't be there for the delivery to be stored. Extremely helpful lady (Rachel) who explained sizing, prices etc and made all the arrangements on my behalf. I was 400 miles away at the time and was therefore feeling pretty helpless about the process. Thanks to the Safestore staff for making everything clear and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Safestore to anyone else needing reasonably priced safe and secure storage. Thank you.

From making phone call and coming into Sunderland branch .. filling details in and meeting lovely girl on desk showed me round explained everything to me . Was excellent customer service I appreciate you all helping me at this time going through home move is so stressful even more so when falls through you all packed .... fingers crossed it all works out but thank you so much safe store I will be highly recommended yiu x thank you Julie mackie x

Safestore Sunderland was invaluable during a very stressful recent house move. From start to finish we couldn’t have asked for more - no sleazy sales here but genuinely friendly and super helpful staff who check in with you for best start date, advise on unit size, answer any questions you might have ahead of booking and always welcome you with a smile on their faces. Especially Rach is an absolute gem! Thank you so much for everything. Will truly miss the top notch banter and conversations. Would highly recommend these guys!

Easy to access, good value for money with the discount. Staff member I think maybe called rach/Rachel was so lovely couldnt recommend enough so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help.Only down side is our lock was loose upon arrival was told by 2 staff members it would be sorted and it never was but apart from that would use again

i was going to rate a 5 star for their service until they charged me with a hidden £21 extra when I checked out and said some stuff about a notice before 7 days. I was ensured that I would not have to pay ANYTHING after I gave my grand total in July.
