I would give zero stars if possible. I have no idea why British Airways even hired this company? They are utterly useless. I lost a stroller at Heathrow and a BA rep said it would be delivered the same day (this was 6am). Nothing happened. Got a few texts that City Bags was handling the delivery and got an estimate for time. Nothing happened. BA rep on the phone told me not to leave the apartment until they came, so I was stuck indoors during my vacation with a toddler because I was waiting for them. No one answers their phone and only way to contact them is via email. On an email they said they attempted delivery" which is bs. Amazon delivery guy was able to bring something

I am posting this review on behalf of a friend who flew British Airways from Miami to London. BA didn't deliver his bags. They found them about 12 hours later, and used City Bags for the delivery. All of the 1 star reviews are accurate. I suspect some of the (rare) 4 and 5 star reviews might have been written by friends" of the company. It was bizarrely a relief to know that my friend wasn't being singled out for appalling treatment. Impossible to contact the company by phone or e-mail (they don't reply

Looking at other reviews, maybe I got lucky but I enjoyed a fast, efficient service from City Bags. My bag delayed from Miami on the Fri night / Saturday morning flight. It arrived in the UK on Sunday morning, was with City Bags by 2:45pm and with me by 8:30pm the same day. I was called well in advance of delivery and the driver arrived on time and was friendly & polite. Their website was kept more up-to-date with the status of my bag than the luggage tracing company's!

Absolutely shocking service. I got a text saying my bag would be delivered at 11:05pm. The driver turned up at 12:20am, didn't knock and stuck a card through the door claiming he attempted delivery at 12:05pm! Been trying to get through to the redelivery number all morning, only to get a recorded message saying they are busy before cutting me off.I cant believe BA use such a useless company to fix their baggage issues.Disgraceful

I know that they are a lot of bad reviews but in my case, I had a completely smooth experience. My bad was delayed on Monday evening. It arrived eventually in Heathrow at 21:45 on Monday. It was sent out on Tuesday at 11:30 using City Bags and by 15:00, excellent as stated in their SMS, I got my suitcase back!

This company couldn't offer a worse level of service. It is a shame you cannot give negative stars as quite frankly to so say I hated it, is flattering.I was informed my bag would be delivered 3 minutes prior to its arrival, when I was at the gym and subsequently missed my bag. Unbelievable. If only I was informed an hour before I could have planned for this.Two days later I have not received any form of competent information despite my calls and emails. (I don't think anyone is picking up the phone)...Your company is a complete disgrace and shame on Egypt Air for choosing you.A very very very unhappy person right now!!!4 days without a bag and counting...

I saw only bad reviews on the internet so I was VERY worried that I would never see my bag again....but I was wrong. As soon as they received my bag from British air they delivered to my address within 24 hours. My luggage came back without any damage. The bag got delivered 30 minutes later than estimate but the customer service representative responded to my email within minutes to reassure me that the bag will be delivered. It is indeed true that they only respond during business hours but if you contact them during business hours they respond to your emails right away. The representatives were not especially nice but they answered all of my questions and concerns.

My bag was supposed to arrive at 7pm today (we were told that it will arrive at 2pm but were then told it will arrive at 7pm, bad) and when we called and called no one picked up. We were worried sick as we have a flight to catch at 3am the next day. At 9pm the bag finally arrived. Their service was extremely disappointing and the way we were being passed on and on to different people through phone calls was extremely irresponsible!This has certainly scarred my preference for transit flights and will consider before taking Emirates knowing that with similar circumstances I’ll have to face City Bags again!

I hope you never have to deal with them. At first it all seemed fine, they sent an SMS to let me know my bag will be delivered that evening, so I cancelled some plans to be home when it arrives which was ok. Not only did it never come, I was not informed with a phone call, SMS or whatsoever. The tracking number they provided was not working either. So I sent them an email asking the whereabouts of my belonging. They said an accident had happened and the van had to be towed, which is understandable though odd that they don't alert you in such cases. Then confirmed my luggage will be delievred this evening.I've just received a message saying it'll be delivered between 2-4pm instead and it's alreay midday, so not only do they assume I' around and I cna be home in 2 hrs they also assume I can take timeoff work in short notice. As they ignored my point about the tracking number in my first email I cannot reschedule either. And of course, there's no phone number provided on their 'contact' page, so you have to send an email and hope they'll reply at their convenience.The worst service ever.

Terrible delivery service. My bag got lost thank to British Airways for no reason. It was eventually delivered to London the same day I had arrived. It was picked up immediately by city bags the same day. 4 days later I had still not received my bag and was due to leave London. After numerous calls to phone numbers that do not work I was eventually afforded the opportunity to come to Slough and pick up my luggage. It took an hour and a half after the original text saying I could come pick up the luggage for me to receive and actual address allowing me to collect my luggage from a courier service that was supposed to deliver my luggage to me.
