Brand is very old and I am Loyal customer. Today experience I had in your Sainsbury, Haverhill shop was terrible. Never ever again! You have to teach your staff to deal with customers ! I am sorry to say that Attitude and brand quality didn’t match on service.

Great friendly service.Wanted to get a photo printed urgently. Neice was so helpful. I didn't have a clue but although very near to closing time he showed me exactly what to do, even though he was obviously busy. Thank you. Definitely recommend & will use again.

08.02 my coat was left for repairs. It was lost and found on 18.03 when I was told that payment did not cover possible zipper repairs. So it was not repaired and £5 were not refunded. Waste of time energy and money. As I was told - needed to bring it to “the right person” not to the right shop! Devastating experience :(

Had a number of keys cut here in the past year. Some did work, others didn't. Disappointing, I was advised by a friend Timpson in Queen Street is better. Not sure, but it makes you question if it's worth using other stores.

Took in a suit for a dry clean on the Saturday and I had a text to say it was ready for collection by Wednesday 9am. Fantastic service. Reasonable price and friendly staff.

Went twice over the space of 2 days to find no one was there to pick up some washing! Unless you want your washing back whenever they decide to rock up, I wouldn't come here! Took me 3 days before anyone was actually in!

Not very polite and not helpful. My other half asked about a battery for her car key. Was told £5 for the battery but because she didn't know what battery and she couldn't get the key he said if he opened the ke for her it's £12.95. Not helpful and rude. Use the shop in town. Old staff where so much better.

Have attempted to visit three times during the past week during published opening hours and the shop has been closed. Either the closing times displayed on the door are incorrect or someone is giving up early and going home! Frustrating! Went to the branch in Tesco Saffron Walden instead.

I like Timpson near sainsbury it's great to pop into for an extra key or for a client that needs dry cleaning done and collected very friendly happy to help staff
