Horrendous !!!!Discouraging Mental Tactics with patients, Medical staff deliberately goading patients into reactions many having waited hours sat in pain and discomfort to be confronted by prickly negative statements when eventually seen.Attitude check required by senior staff , reminder that you are supposed to be providing a service funded by most of your patients, cheek for this lot to ask for a pay rise !!!!

I'm disgusted that this hospital is still allowing bad attitude from front line staff.. Or any staff for that matter. CEO and all HR staff should be sacked. Get top staff from Barnsley hospital. They treat all patients with respect and kindness. I have seen them for myself and anyone who gets the chance should go there instead of pinderfields

DISGUSTING. i miscarried at 5 weeks and 1 day. Was taken to hospital via ambulance doctor rang for an ambulance because of the pain questioning an ectopic pregnancy.Arrived at A&E was given a sick bowl with someone elses blood on it. Then told to do a wee sample in the bathroom that was covered in blood. Nurse tutted at me and used a wipe to clean the sink. (Not properly) was left with no pain relief even tho i could not stand up the pain in my stomach and back was crippling. Was told to sit on metal chairs in A&E department bleeding heavy. And in pain. Whilst they saw to a junkie who was only wanting attention and sticking his fingers down his throat. Attention he was given..in the end i self discharged. And took pain meds at home..as i am on strong pain meds for other issues. Opened a case with pals. Now its with ombudsman. Not happy would not piss on this hospital if it were on fire. The nurses are ignorant. And have bad attitutes. I would rather travel to jimmies

Excellent staff, even with being in anaphylatic shock and in and out of my mind. The care and service was excellent, a great institution and service that is also being totally miss used by some as well. Keep up the great care NHS.

Even after being taken by ambulance I waited from 9.30 pm & got home at 6.50am I was in terrible pain & short of breath but that made no difference. I had blood taken & one of the viles was not full so I had more blood taken & you're not going to believe this" the Dr said but when opened at the laboratory the sample was spilt everywhere!! At this stage I could believe anything!! So yet again another sample was taken by the Dr who by the way was the only Dr on duty. Really is this not operating at danger level??!!I had to return for a scan ? A clot & waited a few hours again but I needed to have a cannula put in & after 3 attempts I went for my scan!!In the Ambulatory department there is a very informative leaflet which says " on arrival you will be met by a nurse who will introduce herself & explain things to you well that certainly didn't happen.Come on Pinderfields get act together.."

11 hours waiting!!! From 19 to 6am...people could die here before some test have been made or see a doctor. Staff here should be sacked! Waste of tax money!
