Excellent service. They gave their time. Without rushing. My hearing aid battery went dead. As could not hear what was said. They wrote everything down. Which was a great help. They deserve the 5 star rating. And recommend anyone to go there.

Appointments are ALWAYS late and they can't get contact lenses to you on time poor service and they give no information on why your delivery has not arrived.

Called in whilst staying in Aberdeen - super friendly, helpful staff. Had a loose arm on glasses - they replaced the screw whilst I waited. 5 minutes later, glasses sorted & no charge.Can't fault the excellent service I received

Excellent experience at Vision Express Aberdeen. Was a little late being taken for my appointment however, this was totally understandable given how busy the store was. My Optometrist Niall" was extremely friendly

Had really bad experiences with agent who served me and maybe he is new or training I'm not sure. He refused to give my child children free glass and one of another team member had to intervene to the issue to arrange that.Week later realised has been over charged by £100 and when I call the number simple apology and there said one of the team member mean to contact me few days back and but they don't know why no one contact me.please be careful with this team of sellers in the front office..!

Not at all happy with Vision Express. They sell you a pair of glasses and give you half off on a spare pair. They made me a promise and gave me 14 days to decide but when I went back they did not honour to make a king story short. I think that they should give you a written offer if you do not make your choice on the same day you buy your first pair. It felt like they were just trying to make me spend more money. I will not be back. I used to think this was the best retail store in Aberdeen.
