Blissful Bears - Baby Massage, Yoga, Sensory & Music Classes - Hesketh Bank, Preston

I would highly recommend Blissful bears to anyone.Kirsten is absolutely amazing and the amount of effort she puts into the classes is incredible. My little boy thoroughly enjoyed his classes and his tummy time has come on great becuase of all the sensory items.There is no worry over crying babies, the classes are throughly baby led so they can have a bottle, have a cry, have a walk around if needed, meaning it's a great atmosphere for the parent/guardian and there is no stress.One thing that was lovely about the classes, its not just about the baby, Kirsten ensures that the parent/guardian is just as looked after as the baby is, with calm breathing exercises, weekly mantras and a lovely drink and biscuit.We loved it so much, we have booked another term.

Couldn't recommend Blissful Bears enough. We took part in yoga, massage and sensory and song and they were all brilliant classes. We loved every second of our time there and we were definitely never bored. Thank you Kristen ❤️

Well what can I say except that these classes are absolutely wonderful and have been one of the highlights of my maternity leave so far. By far the best around and I wholeheartedly recommend.I completed the baby massage and loved the yoga so much we did it twice (I would do it again if I could but my baby is now wanting to be on the move!)Kirsten is an excellent facilitator and classes are truly baby led. The resources and sensory materials are fantastic and you can really tell Kirsten puts her heart and soul into each class. Thank you for making this time so special.

My little boy and I attended the baby massage course. Each week with a different theme and step by step guide on how to massage baby.Kirsten is really professional and provides the best experience for both mum and baby. Her props are wonderful and the sensory part is like no other class we have been to. We're looking forward to trying the baby yoga class next!
