To be very honest, I have had very bad experience over there especially coz of staff. The staff was very rude and angry and they don’t have the manners how to talk with customers. I wanna give suggestion that they should learn regarding customer services and they need to be polite with buyers.

Great storeVery spacious. Everything you need. Excellent prices. HOWEVER there was an incident of an elderly woman who fell by the doors on her way out. She hurt her knee pretty bad and was in tears. What annoyed me was the fact the staff didn't bother attending to her until 3 to 4 mins later yet the tills were RIGHT THERE. My mum had to go over and speak to them to ask where first aid was. They just surrounded her asking has she fallen"? No she's bloody flying in the air. She then went to get a high chair and I asked her if she had a lower one. How is she suppsoe to stand up and sit on that. They not organised or even compassionate in these kinds of situations. No point just serving customers getting the money in. Attend to those who require first aid."

Absolutely terrible store!! Are robbing people a bag of rice they're charging £40. Carex handwash which should be 99p is £4 at this supermarket. Being trending on whats app with the photos of their pricing.I will try and add the pictures.Just to reply to your comments, not only is there pictures but video aswell. Yes I can pop in anytime.I will get the actual footage and post that aswell. People there are many other stores who have been very helpful at this time, I suggest we start shopping there instead. I know my family and I shall never shop here again.

The staff here should learn how to behave to the customers in a courteous way.I felt that the way they communicate is a bit towards the rude part of the spectrum.They speak in a way that they order the customers to do things that requesting them.Very much reluctant to use the words “please”, and “thanks”, which are part of basic courtesy while conversing.And some notices within the shop were hilarious!!. Hoodies are not allowed and customer cant carry their own shopping bags. I felt like they are assuming all customers as burglars, which is unacceptable.Will try to avoid this shop next time. I am not gonna spend my money to face rude people and conversations.

Too much long q. I try and avoid it unless I need it. Always q q q. Also some of the food are higher then market price. Is rice 10k tesco 15gbp their price 22gbp it's rediculas. The fresh meat is 30% more then the market price. The veg is good reasonable priced. Drinks are same price as supermarket. Asian foods and spices are a bit higher then others I've visited around the country. It's neighbours are more pricy then they are.
