I love Knoops! What a concept! Amazing hot chocolate, shakes and pastries. And the staff were all really knowledgeable and friendly. Every town/city should have a Knoops.

I visited the shop because I got a free voucher to try their drinks. I arrived to the shop and when I mention to the waitress that I had a free voucher her face expression was not the best - so awkward. I still got my milkshake with 54% chocolate and it was delicious, the drink was very nice and quick service. Thanks for the invitation Knoops. Nevertheless I would prefer a more friendly customer service but maybe it was just that moment.

Helpful staff. Service was slightly slow as there was a long queue. Had the 35 percent chocolate milkshake, which was really nice. You do pay a premium in comparison with other places but totally justified for the quality and customer experience. Will be back for 54 percent next time.

I don’t drink coffee so only have hot chocolate when out and rate coffee shops based on their chocolate. This is the best in town for chocolate, so many choices and options and extras complete with a fantastic, friendly team who are more than happy to help guide you, strongly recommend!

Best milkshake I've ever had!! Been here twice now and got the 34% Vegan milk chocolate milkshake and both times it was GORGEOUS. The staff were super friendly and helped us understand which flavours went well together! Yesterday, my boyfriend got a white chocolate milkshake with lemon in it, which tasted like delicious lemon cake, and today he got a white chocolate iced mocha which was the tastiest iced mocha I've ever had. Will definitely be back!

Amazing visit to Knoops St Albans. Staff were very friendly and happy to make recommendations on different blends. I had the 54% iced chocolate and a soft serve, they were both delicious. Will be returning soon!

I really like this place. There is a wide selection of chocolates, have fun before choosing to drink. Delicious desserts make you come back here again and again. Very good service staff, they never tire of explaining things.

Very lovely and cosy interior. The staff is very enthusiastic and the 70% hot chocolate with the toffee apple marshmallow is to die for. Definitely coming back

I've been to quite a few of the Knoops stores and the St Albans one has been by far the best experience. Laura, Vanessa and Milo were so helpful giving me recommendations I must say the white chocolate milkshake with Lemon is amazing!!!
