Absolutely amazing. I have never reviewed a supplier before, but I just had to in this case.I myself like to be organised and deal with things as fast as I can and help customers as best as I can and I have dealt with some suppliers who do not care for communication and lack in wanting to help more.I have only just started using Caleb about 2 weeks ago. Didn't know anything about them until my boss found them and ordered a special item from them.I sent them enquiries and dealt only with Naomi Elliot. She was very helpful and fast at getting back to me. There was a day when she didn't get a couple of emails I sent so she actually recommended tagging in her collegue Andy Elliot just incase she missed the emails.I found this very helpful as it shows that she doesn't want to miss any enquiries coming in.Andy is actually trying to help me find a certain part at the moment and he has been very informative like Naomi.When I received the first order I placed with them, it was well packaged and all the bags were done up nicely. Even the samples I asked for were in little bags. It goes a long way when you pack something well. I understand that sometimes couriers etc could damage the box, but I know for a fact that some of our suppliers have chucked stuff in at the start which makes more work when you receive it. This definitely wasn't the case here and I appreciate it.Thanks to their kindness and being helpful I will be cutting out 1 maybe 2 suppliers.Their prices are better, but the main thing for me is the communication. I ordered a quantity of 29mm diameter circlips which arrived a couple of days later by first class post. The product looks to be of good quality and I would recommend using Caleb Components. I also received a follow up email from Naomi to confirm my product had been delivered and that I was happy with it. Thanks again Caleb and I will certainly buy from you again!
