We had the most amazing experience at Lotte Rose Bridal after I found a dress online that I loved and wanted to try on. Charlotte and her Mum made us feel us so welcome with all of the little touches. She has a great selection of dresses to try and I found my perfect one! I also found the bridesmaid dresses that I have been searching for, it was fate! I would highly recommend visiting Lotte Rose Bridal!

Perfect experience! Charlotte is lovely and we got so much done in the time, you have the place to yourself so you feel that it's your experience only. Everything was amazing and can get through so many dresses. Wouldn't have wished for a better place to get my dress ❤️ thank you Charlotte! Can't wait to pick it up! Xx

My experience at Lotte Rose Bridal was nothing short of amazing! All my nerves disappeared as soon as I sat down - Charlotte was so welcoming and so attentive throughout the entire process. 100% recommend. There is a beautiful, and I mean BEAUTIFUL selection of dresses for all shapes and sizes - she’s also got a fantastic eye for accessories! Charlotte at Lotte Rose Bridal was absolutely amazing. Firstly, it is such a beautiful boutique with an incredibly wide range of dresses. We were made to feel so relaxed and comfortable during the appointment and Charlotte’s gentle guidance really helped to narrow down my search. I can’t recommend visiting this bridal boutique enough - the entire experience from start to finish was perfect and at no point did we feel rushed or pressured. Her knowledge is fantastic and her genuine enthusiasm created such a wonderful atmosphere. It has created memories I’ll cherish forever. The Prosecco and goody bag were both just the icing on the cake.

Best experience ever at Lotte Rose Bridal!! Charlotte was amazing!! She had such a lovely, warm personality. She made me feel super welcomed and comfortable the whole day. They had the most stunning selection of dresses. With Charlotte’s help, I found my dream wedding dress. It fit like a glove!! I said yes to the dress and I couldn’t be happier!! Thank you Charlotte for everything. I loved your little touches from the personalised welcome sign to a bridal goody bag, you’re so thoughtful. I recommend this place to everyone. I have been all over London and Lotte Rose Bridal gave me the BEST experience, definitely worth the long drive. I can’t wait to go back. :)

The best experience ever! I was naturally a bit nervous for dress shopping as I didn’t know what to expect but couldn’t recommend Lotte Rose Bridal more. Charlotte is the most bubbly, reassuring person who made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped into the first dress. There was no pressure to choose anything or to step out and show everyone something I didn’t love. There is something for everyone, the range of dresses are modern and every single one is beautiful. I’ve found my dress and can’t wait to wear it in a years time! Will be recommending to everyone and anyone I come across in search of their dream dress for the big day.

After visiting a couple of other bridal stores and being no further in my dress search, I went to see Charlotte. My experience here was by far the best! Charlotte was accommodating, thoughtful and considerate. I picked a number of dresses to try and Charlotte also picked one for me. The dress Charlotte picked ended up being the dress I “said yes to” and wow did I feel a million dollars wearing it.I can’t thank Charlotte enough for her effort, her time and her care.Would recommend Lotte Rose bridal to all Brides and Bridesmaids.Thank you so much, Charlotte :) x

Wow, I wish I could give more stars!Charlotte was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. Before my appointment I messaged Charlotte a dress I had seen online, Charlotte kindly ordered it in for me to try on. As soon as we entered, Charlotte made us feel at home! Charlotte took us through the different styles and materials and gave great advice. When I was trying on the dresses Charlotte picked out different dresses to suit what I was looking for.Charlotte is so kind and helpful and I couldn’t recommend Lotte Rose Bridal highly enough.Thank you so much Charlotte for helping me to find my perfect dress xxxx
